PARENTS: Please Complete, Return 2021-22 Parent-Pupil Survey Form by Friday, Oct. 15

Good afternoon Prince George Families,
 
Today you are receiving a 2021-2022 Parent-Pupil Survey Form that will be used by Prince George County Public Schools to establish eligibility for Federal Impact Aid educational funds. This form will come home by your child today. 
 
If your child was out of school today due to being quarantined, recovering from COVID-19, or learning virtually through Virtual Virginia, the form will be mailed to your home with a pre-stamped envelope for return.
 
Impact Aid funds are awarded to school divisions with military-dependent children and children whose parents/guardians are employed on federal property.  
 
We are asking all parents to complete the survey for each child in your household that attends Prince George County schools to account for all of our eligible children.  These funds are used to provide educational services to the children of Prince George.
 
Please return the completed survey to your child’s school as quickly as possible and no later than Friday, October 15, 2021.
