    • Case Manager Meet-and-Greet for These Teams: 12:10 p.m. - 12:30 p.m. - Cafeteria
  • Break - 1:15 p.m. - 1:45 p.m. 
  • 2nd Session: Hurricanes, Bobcats, Lions - 1:45 p.m. - 2:30 p.m.
    •  Case Manager Meet-and-Greet for These Teams: 1:25 p.m. - 1:45 p.m. - Cafeteria
  • Break - 2:30 p.m. - 3:00 p.m. 
  • 3rd Session: Wildfires, Roadrunners, Panthers, Tornadoes - 3:00 p.m - 3:45 p.m. 
    •  Case Manager Meet-and-Greet for These Teams: 2:40 p.m. - 3:00 p.m. - Cafeteria
  • SPED Orientation: Meet-and-greet sessions 20 minutes prior to team sessions in the Cafeteria

  • Virginia Department of Health Immunization Clinic: The Virginia Department of Health will host a vaccination clinic during J.E.J. Moore Middle School's orientation session, providing opportunities for secondary students to receive immunizations, including Tdap, HPV, and Meningococcal ACWY, from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m. Be sure to pre-register at by clicking HERE.
